Job Details

Position: Billing Systen Engineer (NetSuite Focus)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid; 4-5 days/week on-site preferred)
Duration: 12-month contract (potential extension)

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in NetSuite to support and enhance the finance and billing systems. The role involves improving integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, and supporting smooth financial operations across multiple connected systems.

You ll work closely with the finance and billing teams to optimize NetSuite workflows and troubleshoot integration challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite Billing modules and related integrations.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to resolve data sync and workflow issues.
  • Develop and maintain integration logic between NetSuite and other systems such as Salesforce or MuleSoft.
  • Analyze existing business processes to recommend automation and performance enhancements.
  • Support billing operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in NetSuite administration or engineering.
  • Strong background in billing systems, invoicing workflows, and financial integrations.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, ServiceNow, or Salesforce integrations is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of SOX compliance and financial data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
