Overview:



We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to support a large-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) modernization initiative. This role will be critical in supporting the transition from a legacy on-prem SailPoint environment to a cloud-based ISC platform, working enterprise-wide to help redefine privilege access roles and organize access across the business.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Serve as a Lead Business Analyst supporting the organization's IGA modernization effort.


  • Partner with enterprise leaders and stakeholders to understand access needs and current privilege structures.


  • Analyze current-state data across multiple systems and applications to define logical role groupings and permission structures.


  • Conduct role mining exercises and assist in rationalizing access based on business needs.


  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and identity/security architects to support project planning and execution.


  • Develop and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.


  • Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, translating requirements and insights clearly and effectively.


  • Ensure data accuracy and support ongoing governance and compliance efforts related to access management.



Must-Have Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a security, IAM, or role-based access control (RBAC) project setting.


  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling, data cleansing).


  • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to organize complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.


  • Experience working with large-scale data mining or role analysis efforts.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


  • Self-starter mentality - must be a "doer" who can take initiative and work independently.



Nice-to-Have Qualifications:




  • Familiarity with SailPoint or other IGA platforms.


  • Experience in cloud migration projects related to IAM.


  • Previous exposure to enterprise security, privileged access, or compliance environments.
