Key Responsibilities
Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.

Implement workflows, business rules, and automation.
Test software solutions for bugs and performance.
Provide training, documentation, and technical support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, XML, and CSS.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM framework.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage projects and work in agile environments.
Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator are preferred.
