Title: Senior Product Owner
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid 1-2 times a week)
Senior Product Owner with strong ServiceNow implementation experience to lead enterprise adoption of key platform solutions. This role is highly customer-facing, serving as the primary advisor to plan stakeholders and acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will deliver executive-level demos and roadmap presentations, conduct workflow assessments and gap analyses, and map processes to ensure solutions meet business needs. They will guide product direction, drive mandatory adoption, support post-implementation account management, and collaborate with technical teams to align requirements and optimize outcomes. Strong communication, consultative leadership, and proven success with ServiceNow solution rollouts are essential
6+ years of overall experience working with multiple Agile teams within one organization.
4+ years of recent product ownership experience
Experience implementing a module of ServiceNow (either one of the following: CSM, ITSM, CRM)
