About the Role The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, change-oriented environments. What you'll do: Lead multiple complex IT projects from initiation through implementation. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Oversee project risks and issues, identifying triggers and developing mitigation strategies. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines. Coordinate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors to achieve project goals. Prepare and present project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders. Develop and maintain key project management documentation and artifacts. Requirements and Qualifications: Active PMP certification required. Proven success managing IT projects, ideally within healthcare or insurance environments. Strong project planning experience including resource allocation and technical effort estimation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to unite diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems. Familiarity with risk management and performance metrics in IT project delivery.
