• The IT Desktop Engineer role is to provide a single point of contact for FCS endpoint management.

• This includes endpoint image management, hardware quality assurance, and managing the endpoint management system.

• This role will work directly with the Service Desk Supervisor to come up with endpoint standardization for hardware, software, and management tools for Service Delivery team.

• Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrice in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience preferred.

• Previous Experience: 6+ years of desktop support experience
