Opportunity Overview: Data/Business Analyst - 6-month contract - Remote based in US - ship required

The Data/Business Analyst will review data from multiple sources (i.e. Phoenix, ADP and SAP) to support the research and analysis of union dues & fringes. This work will support various areas of focus including union grievances, trust fund audits, penalty pay and fringe and benefit updates resulting from the errors in initial data integration.

What your day-to-day looks like:

  • Engage with labor relations analysis team
  • Collect and update data associated with union grievances
  • Support data collection and analysis in support of trust fund audits
  • Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operation and/or technical support to labor relations team
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure all union dues and fringes updates are complete
  • Prepare leadership briefing material for decision making, based on results of the data investigation

What we need to see from you:

  • SAP project system experience preferred
  • Preferred prior experience in Labor relations and/or understanding of union reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Associate's degree or similar work experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Remarkable organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must pass nuclear background and drug screen
