Regulatory Reporting Developer

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Developer with strong expertise in the regulatory reporting domain. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining regulatory reporting data pipelines, managing data processing requirements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, OFSAA, and Java, along with excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain regulatory reporting data pipelines and processing solutions.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Work with OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) for regulatory reporting implementations.
• Contribute to development tasks using Java where required.
• Implement workflow orchestration and scheduling using Apache Airflow.
• Collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to regulatory reporting processes.
• Contribute to the understanding and enhancement of regulatory and compliance reporting practices.
• Maintain documentation for processes, data flows, and reporting requirements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices related to regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development.
• Experience working with OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications).
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Working knowledge of Apache Airflow for orchestration and scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work through unknowns and resolve complex problems.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance reporting preferred.
• Good to have knowledge of Axiom or Adenza platforms.
