Job Description:
  • The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions to support business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • The role involves architecting automated customer journeys, managing data integrations, ensuring data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Develop scalable data models and define integration strategies with external systems.
  • Ensure data quality and governance within Marketing Cloud.
  • Architect and guide the implementation of automated customer journeys, campaigns, prospect management, and segmentation strategies using Journey Builder and Content Builder.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Marketing Cloud, other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud), and third-party platforms using APIs and other methods.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Personalization.
  • Experience with data model design, data integration strategies, and working with APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience leading complex projects, driving technical vision, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Certifications Preferred:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Consultant/Specialist/Architect.
