KBR is seeking a Jr Test and Readiness Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA. This position is a contingent hire for future awarded program.

Jr. Test Readiness Administrator
KBR is seeking a Jr Test and Readiness Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA. This position is a contingent hire for future awarded program.
Responsibilities:
- A test readiness administrator plans, develops, and coordinates testing program policies, procedures and schedules, and ensures adequate staffing for the management of the testing.
- Establish, implement, and enforce test policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's is related field
- 0-3 years' experience in Testing and Readiness
- Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
- Able to develop and use more complex concepts and processes, conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems.
- Guides and supports junior level personnel.
- Requires guidance only when dealing with new, uncertain, undefined or undeveloped tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
- NGA experience
- 2+ years' experience in Test/Readiness
Clearance: TS/SCI required
