Position Title: Technical Recruiter & Sales Support

Location: Remote (Preferred Plano, TX/ Detroit/Farmington Hills, MI/ Nashville, TN/ New Orleans, LA)

Anticipated Start Date: 12/01/2025

Expected Duration: 3+months strong possibility for extension

Pay: $31/hr to $35/hr on

Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for SAP, ServiceNow (SNOW), AI/ML, and related technical domains. This role also requires the ability or willingness to recruit for sales roles as needed. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for SAP, ServiceNow, AI/ML, and other enterprise technology roles

Build targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche technical talent

Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on deep technical requirements

Maintain strong operating discipline with accurate reporting, documentation, and pipeline management

Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and drive hiring decisions

Support sales recruiting needs, or develop capabilities to recruit for sales roles

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely, professional communication

Ensure diverse talent pipelines and inclusive sourcing practices

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience

Proven success hiring for SAP, ServiceNow, AI/ML, or other enterprise technology roles

Experience in professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise environments

Ability or willingness to support sales recruitment as needed

Strong stakeholder partnership and ability to influence technical leaders

High level of discipline in reporting, process control, and candidate management

Excellent communication, market awareness, and sourcing strategy capabilities

Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems such as Workday, Avature, Bullhorn, and Salesforce
