Job Title: Sr. SAP US Payroll Consultant
Location: REMOTE

Candidates need to have:
Expertise in SAP HR Payroll functional configuration
Strong communication skills to interact with business users and gather requirements.
In-depth knowledge of US SAP Payroll functions within SAP.
Look for SAP - HR Domain candidates with expertise with US-Payroll only for more then 15+ years of experience.Key Responsibilities:
Gathering Functional Requirements:
Collaborate with business users to understand needs and define functional requirements.
Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit evaluations to align IT solutions with business goals.
SAP Implementation & Configuration:
Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and testing of various SAP modules to enhance business functionality and performance.
Design, configure, and test solutions within SAP HR Payroll to meet client requirements.
Project Leadership & Management:
Manage SAP implementations and provide leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and evaluate project plans, providing direction to team members.
Client Engagement & Troubleshooting:
Act as the primary liaison between the client and IT teams to address software issues.
Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems, mapping client business requirements to SAP processes.
Develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
Training & Knowledge Transfer:
Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Adhering to Industry Best Practices:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization s standards and adhere to them during implementations.
Leverage industry best practices to optimize client solutions.
