We are seeking a Senior UX Program Manager to lead and optimize design operations within a dynamic digital product team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of UX program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing UX initiatives across full product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve UX design operations, including intake, backlog management, and prioritization.
Partner with UX and design managers on resource planning and goal tracking.
Drive and maintain regular review cadences to ensure timely design delivery.
Document, refine, and implement scalable design processes and best practices.
Create dashboards and reporting tools for team visibility and performance tracking.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within UX and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to balance user needs with business goals.
Proactively manage risks, anticipate trade-offs, and escalate issues when needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
6+ years of experience as a UX Program Manager or UX Producer leading large-scale design initiatives.
Proven track record delivering design programs across complex product environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design, research, and engineering teams.
Expertise in process design, operational workflows, and stakeholder alignment.
Hands-on experience with UX tools like Figma, Aha!, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities.
Skilled in navigating ambiguity and solving complex coordination challenges.
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience integrating user research into design delivery processes.
Disqualifiers (Please do not apply if you):
Have fewer than 6 years of experience leading UX programs.
Lack hands-on UX tool experience (Figma, Confluence, etc.).
Cannot demonstrate process creation, risk management, or operational scaling.
Are unfamiliar with Agile or human-centered design practices.
Struggle with cross-functional collaboration or stakeholder communication.
