Title: Senior ERP Developer for PeopleSoft

Work Location: Henderson, NV 89015

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM 38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day - .5 unpaid lunch) = 10-hour work days

Contract: 6 months (Possibility of Extension)

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior ERP Developer (PeopleSoft) to join our team. This role will focus on providing daily support for Henderson’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications, including customizations. The developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of PeopleSoft application functionality—covering analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. In addition, the position requires delivering weekly status updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.

 

Required Experience:

  • Four (4) years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL tools.
  • Proficiency with PeopleTools, including:
    • Application Designer
    • Query development
    • BI Publisher
    • SQR/SQC

  • Principles of ERP systems and ERP system administration
  • Database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security, and recovery procedures/methods
  • Database, application, and server problem identification, tracking, and vendor support
  • Systems analysis methods
  • Functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP systems
  • Business process map flow preparation and use
  • Principles of finance and human resource management processes
  • Data collection and classification procedures
  • Automated notification processes
  • Governmental security requirements
  • Principles and techniques of leadership, project management, training, and general business administration
  • Federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to confidentiality
  • Identify and resolve application/system problems
  • Perform technical system and application studies
  • Provide expert direction to functional analysts and end‑users (in person or by phone)
  • Create queries and reports
  • Document ERP systems environment, standards, and procedures
  • Provide information and presentations on ERP applications, including:
    • Automatic notification processes
    • Functional possibilities
    • Query creation
    • Other related matters
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
