Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst for a 3 month contract role in the healthcare industry with our client in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote.
Purpose
The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for delivering on the most complex solution products that drive value for our customers, while establishing (and continuing) the foundation within new programs.
This role is part of a Product Team that drives collaboration, scaling functionality and alignment across multiple Product Teams, ensuring solutions align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & other success measurements within their respective domain or for enterprise critical needs. An expert in Agile and working in an Agile environment across interdependent teams, the Product Analyst is a key role ensuring collaboration across multiple teams (cross functional needs, product discovery activities, and technical enablement) for portfolio, roadmap or enterprise initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required, 8 years of experience or education in analysis, business process change or similar experience, Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work have contact center experience.

Responsibilities:
- Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy.
- Work with portfolio stakeholders to develop, analyze, and realize the implementation of enabler epics.
- Work with and across portfolio, program stakeholders, and developers to develop, analyze and realize the implementation of enabler epics, especially on the most complex, enterprise-wide capabilities.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and team coaching; assist management in strategic decision making.
- Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent, working directly with Agile teams to implement them.
- Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities
- Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality, Team and Technical Agility

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare experience with understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, the Exchanges along with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI and PHI).
- Understanding of security implications of domain.
- Expertise in the given product domain, with an understanding of dependent subsystems.
Compensation:
