Job Description:
As a Device Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in the integration, testing, and optimization of various devices and systems into a larger ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication and functionality. This role is essential for ensuring that devices work effectively with software platforms, operating systems, and other connected hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
Device Integration: Integrate hardware devices into existing systems, ensuring smooth communication between various components and platforms (e.g., sensors, IoT devices, medical devices, consumer electronics, etc.).
System Testing and Debugging: Perform rigorous testing to identify issues related to device performance, connectivity, and interoperability. Work cross-functionally to debug and resolve integration issues.
Firmware & Software Compatibility: Work with firmware and software teams to ensure that device drivers, firmware, and other software components are compatible with the integration platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure that devices meet functional, performance, and safety requirements.
Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including integration guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting manuals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the devices and integrated systems meet quality standards and adhere to industry regulations or compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for improving the device integration process, including identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalability.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in device integration, hardware/software interfacing, or systems engineering.
Strong experience with embedded systems, IoT devices, or related hardware.
Familiarity with device protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, UART, SPI, etc.).
