About the Role

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team supporting one of our enterprise clients in their HR transformation journey. This role involves deep collaboration with business stakeholders and technical consultants to deliver scalable, best-practice-driven HRSD configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and validate business requirements
  • Conduct feasibility analysis to determine suitable configurations vs. customizations
  • Develop functional requirement specifications and process documentation
  • Advise on ServiceNow best practices and alternate solutions to meet business needs
  • Partner with technical developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation
  • Lead system validation, UAT efforts, and functional lifecycle testing
  • Maintain strong communication with business users and technical teams throughout the SDLC
  • Prepare and review detailed documentation of solution designs and testing outcomes
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and clearly articulate system capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD module development and implementation
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture across modules is highly preferred
  • Expertise in preparing process flows, functional documentation, and best-practice recommendations
  • Experience in leading UAT, validations, and functional lifecycle testing
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present technical concepts to business users
  • Mandatory: ServiceNow HRSD Certification
