Job Overview
The Technology Solutions Manager is responsible for leading scoping discussions, assesses technical feasibility, shapes vision, and defines delivery strategies for sophisticated, cross-functional initiatives. They collaborate with business and technology teams to design solutions and support execution. The role also provides direct support to delivery teams and citizen developers, promoting digital transformation and technology adoption across departments. The Technology Solutions Manager ensures solutions are scalable, secure, balanced, and aligned with organizational needs.

Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $171,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements and defining technical scope.
- Partner with senior leaders to define technology strategy for business process initiatives and recommend scope and delivery plans.
- Serve as technical lead across a full variety of business deployment initiatives.
- Support delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project and product management.
- Assess and resolve issues for technical solution escalations.
Strategy
- Partner with business and tech teams to define goals, priorities, approach, and roadmaps.
- Prepare high-level solution design presentations for business and organizational leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing channel functionality.
Relationship and People Management
- Perform day-to-day management of stakeholder relationships on cross domain initiatives.
- Provide leadership in evolving design and solution integration across domain teams.
- Summarize and communicate sophisticated information, applying critical thought to drive meaningful insights and decisions.
- Also responsible for special initiatives and high-priority projects as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Other Technical Discipline. (Required)
- 4-7 years Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives with hands-on involvement in solution design, digital transformation, and enterprise technology adoption.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Analytics Strong understanding of data visualization and concepts of inferential and descriptive statistics.
- Communication Effectively explain technical and functional solutions to teams with varied skillsets.
- Artificial Intelligence Familiarity with practical AI use cases and automation tools like Power Automate and Alteryx.
- Reporting Developing reports, dashboards, and solutions using Fabric, Power Platform, Tableau, or Alteryx.
