Job Details
Requirements:
-
3 or more years of experience customizing and configuring Freshservice. (Deduction based on specialized developer role)

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for platform customization.

Experience with Freshservice API integrations and webhooks.
-
Experience automating workflows, business rules, and notifications in Freshservice.
-
Experience with ITSM and ITIL processes, preferably in manufacturing.
-
Experience integrating Freshservice with Active Directory, Teams, and RingCentral.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-
Configure and customize Freshservice modules, forms, and service catalogs.

Automate IT processes for incident, change, request, and asset management.

Develop custom apps, widgets, and dashboards to extend platform functionality.

Integrate Freshservice with enterprise systems using APIs and webhooks.

Enhance reporting and analytics to monitor performance, KPIs, and SLAs.

Advise stakeholders on Freshservice best practices and process improvements.

Troubleshoot issues related to configurations, scripts, and integrations.
