Join our National Security Sector as a Systems Engineer supporting the Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) A2 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate. Embedded within the Pacific Enterprise Support Center (PA ESC), you'll provide critical subject matter expertise to maintain, integrate, and elevate PACAF's ISR systems and ensure their seamless interoperability across joint and national-level C5ISRO platforms. Based on-site at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Hawai'i, this role offers global reach, directly supporting intelligence units across the Pacific-including Alaska, Guam, Japan, and South Korea-through hands-on and remote operations as required.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, plan, and enhance C4I system capabilities to meet operational objectives
  • Develop integration roadmaps and implementation schedules tailored to evolving mission needs
  • Evaluate and recommend Commercial and Government off-the-shelf (COTS/GOTS) technologies for maximum performance and security
  • Provide end-to-end technical support across installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver operational resilience through proactive system administration and repair
  • Lead upgrades and modernization efforts across C4I architectures in alignment with government directives
  • Track project milestones and report progress to leadership and mission partners

Basic Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • IAT Level III certification (CASP+ preferred; Security+ minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline (additional years of related technical experience will be accepted in lieu of degree)
  • 6-8 years of experience in C4I systems engineering and support
  • Deep understanding of Windows, Linux, UNIX, networking protocols, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks
  • Familiarity with ISR tools and platforms such as GALE and GCCS
  • Demonstrated expertise in Air Force intelligence systems, multi-level security, and information warfare concepts
  • Required certifications (must have at least 2):
    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
    • Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Expert (MCASE)
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (ACSA)
    • VMware Certified Professional 6 (Data Center, Cloud, and Mobility tracks)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
