Job Details

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Summary: Data Scientists build advanced analytical models and use machine learning to extract insights from complex datasets. They support strategic decision-making and predictive analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  2. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
  3. Collaborate with business units to identify data needs.
  4. Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
  5. Optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
  6. Ensure model accuracy, reproducibility, and scalability.
  7. Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis.
  8. Document models, assumptions, and methodologies.
  9. Stay updated on emerging tools and algorithms.
  10. Mentor junior analysts and data engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and AI frameworks.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with data engineering pipelines.
