Workday Integration Developer

We are seeking a Workday Integration Developer (Junior / Associate Level). This role will focus on developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday's suite of integration tools. The ideal candidate is a Workday-certified developer with foundational experience, a strong technical aptitude, and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with senior integration consultants and functional leads to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Assist in building inbound and outbound integrations for Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration test cycles, including resolving integration errors and data issues.
• Participate in technical design sessions, documentation of integration logic, and deployment planning.
• Support post-deployment troubleshooting and enhancements during hypercare and stabilization phases.

Required Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification (must be current).
• 1-2 years of experience working with Workday or in a similar integration development role.
• Exposure to Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and XSLT/XML/JSON.
• Understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, and integration lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based consulting environment.
• Experience working in healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on a Workday implementation project as part of a consulting or internal team.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Background in software development, information systems, or technical consulting.
