NCIS Oracle Database Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fairfax, VA that is seeking a NCIS Oracle Database Administrator.

Responsibilities:
* The NCIS Oracle Database Administrator will create dynamic web pages using HTML, Oracle mod_plsql, Oracle webforms and oracle apex
* Maintain existing Oracle mod_plsql packages, Oracle and webforms and oracle apex
* Create and maintain Oracle tables
* Design and maintain Oracle packages
* Patch Oracle systems as required
* Upgrade Oracle systems as required
* Monitor Oracle environments
* Create and maintain procedures to Create, Read, and Delete critical data
* Manage data migration to include the migration plan, cleansing, transformation, and testing
* Maintain analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business
* The NCIS Oracle Database Administrator will maintain security and integrity controls
* Perform data analysis/testing of the results of data migration scripts and stored procedures to verify and validate the successful migration of data from a legacy database to a new database (both Oracle 11g)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's (BS) degree; An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
* CompTIA Security+ CE - must have before hire

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
