Responsibilities include:
Possess deep experience in managing business processes or enterprise functional architecture or enterprise IT strategy
Liaison with business users and external clients to understand evolving business requirements and external organizations
Responsible for ensuring the right level of functional / business knowledge in the technical team
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and understand requirements
Create Business requirements for the team
Collaborate with QA team to come up with acceptance criteria
Responsible for understanding the Design Control process and SEDP (Software Engineering Development Process) process.
Define the phase deliverables, track milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedule roles and resources, evaluate risks and recommend contingency plans
Healthcare, Scrum methodology, Azure dashboard/JIRA, user story creation, requirement gathering and documentation, designing workflows
Identify system, functional, and non-functional requirements
Gather business requirements from Clinical or Business teams
Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Understand and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in any one or more sub-sectors of Healthcare such as Life Science
Hands-on experience as Business Analyst in Agile, Scrum, Provider/EHR experience, HL7, and InterOps engine/interfaces
Good understanding of different FHIR versions, FHIR resources and FHIR mapping
Should have experience in Data Management related projects preferably with a sound understanding of Snowflake, Hadoop, databases (SQL etc.), File system experience of (XML, JSON) and analytics experience
Technical understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong experience in working with Quality Assurance team on preparing test/imported data, validating test strategies, and performing user acceptance testing
Ability to understand the client's problem statement and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and adaptable to change with the ability to envision the final work product.
