Job Summary:

Seeking a Product Manager to lead customer-facing product development for Client s Amplify venture, focused on accelerating EV adoption and electrification. This role drives end-to-end product strategy, user experience design, and pilot execution in a startup-like environment within Client.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage customer-facing product roadmap and user experience.
  • Lead pilots, demos, and go-to-market strategy for EV solutions.
  • Collaborate with tech, design, and business teams to deliver innovative digital products.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements.
  • Build partnerships with automotive OEMs and external vendors.
  • Conduct customer research and ensure seamless digital-to-physical experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience (B2C preferred).
  • Proven success launching and scaling consumer products.
  • Strong UX, service design, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for EVs, clean energy, or climate tech.

Preferred:
  • Automotive or energy industry experience.
  • Master s degree in Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and customer data platforms.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $97.00-$105.00 per hour.
