Zurich North America is seeking Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working from the Schaumburg, IL North America HQ.

Responsibilities:
- Deskside and remote technical support.
- Ticket management within ServiceNow.
- PC deployment and setup.
- Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
- Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving analytical skills
- Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.
- Experience in tools like ServiceNow, Active Directory
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools
- Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in asset lease deployment coordination
- Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Experience in tools like Service now, Active Directory
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools
- Knowledge of Windows 10
