Job Description:
Role Summary
The Global Talent Programs Manager provides critical logistical and analytical support for large-scale global training and development initiatives. This role ensures seamless program execution through data-driven insights, operational coordination, and targeted communications. The ideal candidate has experience supporting global learning programs, excels at program operations and communications, and is proficient in blending/reporting data from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Logistics & Coordination
Support the end-to-end execution of global talent development programs, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
Liaise with Learning Operations team to ensure alignment with program calendars, participant lists, and delivery logistics across multiple time zones and regions.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of program components and materials.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Use Excel and other tools to track program metrics, analyze participation and feedback data, and generate actionable insights.
Liaise with Analytics team to maintain dashboards and reports that inform program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Conduct vlookups, pivot table analyses, and other advanced Excel functions to support ad hoc reporting requests, ensure data integrity, and support decision-making.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with program team and communications team to draft and distribute clear, engaging communications tailored to diverse global audiences, including program invitations, updates, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to ensure alignment and visibility of talent initiatives.
Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all program materials and communications.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline program operations and improve participant experience.
Document processes, templates, and best practices to support scalability and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting global training or talent development programs in a large, matrixed organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.).
Strong written communication skills with experience drafting messaging for diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across time zones and cultures.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
