Job Details
Role : Citrix Lead.
Location : Remote
Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
BAU Support:
- Execute day-to-day Citrix operations hosted on Azure (Citrix Cloud, CVAD, NetScaler, FSLogix, Autoscale).
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of Citrix VDI-related incidents and user issues.
- Handle patching, image update coordination, user profile issues, and policy implementation as per standards.
- Monitor and report performance metrics using Citrix Director and Azure Monitor.
- Manage delivery groups, machine catalogs, and user access provisioning based on pre-defined templates or procedures.
BAU Projects:
- Assist in deployments, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix infrastructure on Azure.
- Configure Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS) and FSLogix under guidance from L3 or architecture teams.
- Participate in capacity validation and perform basic load distribution checks.
- Support Citrix ADC (NetScaler) tasks as per approved configurations.
- Manage image refresh and scaling tasks using automation jobs and contribute to creating basic scripts as needed.
Consultation and Advisory:
- Participate in environment reviews and provide feedback to improve Citrix setup.
- Support periodic assessments for performance, user experience, and configuration adherence.
- Assist in integration tasks with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA based on established guidelines.
