responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements to support policy administration systems, ensuring alignment with established rules and guidelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system functionality documentation.
- Partner with Quality Analysts to develop and execute test cases, ensuring system changes meet business needs.
- Conduct systems analysis and testing to identify and resolve application issues.
- Coordinate system changes, ensuring effective communication and demonstrations to internal departments (e.g., Policy Administration, Customer Service, Finance) and external stakeholders.
- Configure system changes and verify accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with Development teams and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of system enhancements.

qualifications:
- Must-Have: Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Policy Claims experience.
- Strong knowledge of the policy administration lifecycle, processing, and related systems.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience configuring system changes and ensuring proper implementation.
Preferences
- Familiarity with policy management systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar).
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, HP ALM).
