Job Details
No C2C/H1B/EAD - Since this is a government contract.
Please note that this is a 6-month contract position.
Preference will be given to local candidates first, followed by those in the Eastern Time Zone. The client will also offer a remote option.
Primary Requirements
• Ability to comprehend projects holistically, including interdependencies to other systems
• Ability to understand and present overall technical solutions at management levels
• Degree / certification in either Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of business analysis experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation)
• Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
• Familiar with software or systems development lifecycles
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements
• Self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a fast-paced environment
• Multi-task effectively between business analysis and project management activities

Position Description
• Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes
• Supports cross-functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams
• Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing
• Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution
• Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Maintains and updates all requirements documentation
• Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders
