Responsibilities:

• The Product Analyst (PA) plays a dynamic role responsible for supporting the Product Owner (PO) and/or the Senior Product Analyst both in product analysis as well as backlog execution.
• The PA should be lock step with the PO in regards to the product vision and how it translates into user stories.
• In the analysis realm, the PA works with various SMEs to flesh out business processes and logic, impact assessment, feature breakdown and prioritization.
• The PA is the team's source for business logic, requirements, analysis and testing.

• Our group works directly and collaboratively to improve our products and create new use cases to better serve our internal customers such as Customer operations, Electric operations, and Gas operations.

• In this role, you will be a direct link between Client and the customer experience.
• Good understanding of AMI, EIP MDMS, Data analytics, troubleshooting.

• Work in different innovative areas that are defining Client: Smart city, sensor technology, mesh network, field devices, etc.

• Work with users to prepare requirement analysis for implementation of new products or enhancement of existing products
• Maintains functional scope and technical design documentation for assigned applications.
• Work with vendors to configure and install products.
• Supports and maintains vendor packages in production, performing and testing application changes as necessary.
• Prepares changes for production implementation.
• Configure supported applications to meet business requirements.
• Makes recommendations for improving application configuration or performance.
• Perform unit testing for supported applications
• Supports integration testing and user acceptance testing for supported applications
• Provide 24x7 ''on call'' support.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills.
• Clearly articulate technical issues or concepts to functional and business users.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
