Job Description:

Meijer is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Owner with 2 5 years of hands-on experience enhancing ServiceNow platforms. The Product Owner will drive the buildout and improvement of SPM solutions to align with business objectives, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize product backlog, refine user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Enhance Demand, Resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and Waterfall modules.

  • Manage continual improvement of dashboarding and reporting capabilities.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SPM features, from ideation to deployment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters.

  • Provide ServiceNow SPM subject matter expertise (configuration, workflows, customizations).

  • Lead testing and UAT efforts for upgrades and feature releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of ServiceNow experience with SPM modules (Portfolio, Demand, Resource).

  • Experience enhancing ServiceNow platforms.

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe environments (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • Certified Implementation Specialist SPM.

  • Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, Kanban).
