Job Details
TPA role should be someone who is a seasoned business analyst, comfortable with meeting and clearly communicating with REL business leaders and application users, documenting use cases in ADO, and creating flows in Visio. I want someone who is a quick started, takes the initiative; has big picture thinking, and good time management skills since there will be multiple mini projects they will be working on.
Required:
+3 years of application as a technical product analyst or business analyst in large projects
- Experience in an agile process, managing project backlog, and helping to define priorities.
- Experience drawing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements using various techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagramming.
- Possesses/maintains advanced data querying, reporting, and analysis skills and is comfortable recommending solutions to problems.
- Practical skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with partner leadership.
- Demonstrates significant creativity and a variety of approaches to solving business and technical problems.
- Possesses/maintains advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses/maintains advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps) to capture user stories, create a dashboard, generate reports, report bugs, and use it to manage the complete agile project life cycle.
- Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices
- Knowledge of Real Estate Lending Products and mortgage business Area
- Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile, and Scrum Master (CSM) is helpful.
- Should have good communication skills and business requirements/writing skills for user stories.
