Job Details


OTS leads the State s technology procurement process to standardize technology over the entire organization, seek efficiencies of operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products introduced to the OTS suite of services, which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies.
Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, administration, configuration, and support of applications.
Coordinate enhancement, modifications, or upgrades with users, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, governance groups, and change management teams to align testing processes.
Produce documentation related to the provisioning, maintenance, and support of the system.
Initiate roll-back procedures and information related to validation and components.
Provide training to new users and take the lead when troubleshooting system problems.
Education
Bachelor s degree in computer science, or equivalent industry experience, or related field
Required Experience
3+ years experience implementing Records and Information Management systems (RIM)
Preferred Experience
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications.
Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with system administration tasks, including system configuration and performance monitoring.
Applicants should have a general understanding and experience with the following components or similar technologies: Case Foundation (workflow), Content Manager (document repository), and Enterprise Records Foundation (retention management)
