TITLE OF POSITION: Information Technology Administrator
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12 Months
FULL TIME OR PART TIME: Full Time (40 hours per week) - Contract
REFERENCES: 3 references

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: On-site Houston, Texas
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience performing Information Technology administration, support, and management functions.

Experience supporting computer systems, networks, telecommunications, and IT security in a government, law enforcement, or regulated environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (Required a Copy of Certificate)

Demonstrated experience maintaining network security, system controls, and data integrity.

Experience coordinating procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies.

Familiarity with CJIS-compliant or similarly secure IT environments.

Experience working with multi-agency or grant-funded programs.

Strong documentation, communication, and vendor management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish strategic, operational, short-term, and long-term IT plans, priorities, and procedures.

Maintain and improve computer, network, and telecommunications system security.

Ensure maintenance of service standards and system availability.

Provide daily operational support and technical assistance.

Coordinate purchase and support of IT hardware and software.

Manage IT vendor contracts and maintenance services.

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and IT documentation.

Maintain inventories of IT assets.

Support integration with federal, state, and local law enforcement systems.
