About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate the setup of websites for a network of private nephrology practices. This contract position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.

You ll manage the execution of multiple website projects simultaneously from scoping and design through to launch and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate has a background in corporate website development, experience in the healthcare sector, and a working knowledge of SEO and online reputation management (ORM).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of multiple website builds for private nephrology practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our team, external marketing agencies, web developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and design execution.
  • Coordinate content collection, SEO strategy implementation, and ORM setup as part of the website launches.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues that may impact timelines or quality.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing or website development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience setting up and launching corporate websites (preferably using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Experience working directly with marketing agencies or creative vendors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to translate business needs into actionable project steps.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tight timelines concurrently.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with medical practice marketing.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and online reputation management tools.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant design or digital patient engagement tools.
