Location: Pleasant Grove, UT
Position: Full-time Permanent
Salary: $ 80-100K
Create, publish and maintain detailed project plans
Manage the tests, verification, and validation schedules across all products
Coordinate with Functional Leads to ensure priorities are aligned with project management
goals.
Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA
plans, schedule, and scope changes. Identify project risks and escalate risks to appropriate
stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives ,
demos and other related meetings.
Use and maintain accuracy of internal tools (Confluence, Jira, etc) to document project
needs and details to keep the team aligned and aware.
Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release
procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
Required Skills
Degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical
experience
5-7 years relevant project management experience working with complex products
Demonstrated proficiency with project management skills and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Experience in systems engineering processes
Experience working in Agile development environments
Knowledge of hardware and software development lifecycle
