Job Details:
- The role will conduct analysis in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated applications used by Sales Ops and Technical Support.
- Support business stakeholders with analysis of new capability requirements that measure and assess the impact of change to:
- Business process workflow (including operational metrics)
- Reporting
- Transactional systems, including the data exchange between them
- Business objects:
- Item
- Customer
- Lead
- Opportunity
- Ability to draft as-is process and data flows
- Triage between high-impact, high-urgency issues requiring direct involvement, and low-impact, low-urgency, that can be analyzed and solved by tier-one, off-shore support
