Job Details:

  • The role will conduct analysis in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated applications used by Sales Ops and Technical Support.
  • Support business stakeholders with analysis of new capability requirements that measure and assess the impact of change to:
  • Business process workflow (including operational metrics)
  • Reporting
  • Transactional systems, including the data exchange between them
  • Business objects:
      • Item
      • Customer
      • Lead
      • Opportunity
  • Ability to draft as-is process and data flows
  • Triage between high-impact, high-urgency issues requiring direct involvement, and low-impact, low-urgency, that can be analyzed and solved by tier-one, off-shore support
