We are seeking a highly technical Senior Analyst with strong SQL and Tableau expertise to support inpatient operations. This role requires exceptional functional knowledge, independent problem-solving, and the ability to handle highly confidential data with the utmost discretion.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inpatient care workflows, scheduling processes, bed assignments, and patient care reporting. You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions and ensuring operational efficiency through advanced SQL development and dashboard design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with highly confidential data including internal and external regulatory documents; maintain strict discretion under attorney-client privilege.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize inpatient operations, including scheduling workflows, bed assignments, and patient care experience.
  • Write, troubleshoot, and validate SQL queries from scratch, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to meet a wide variety of reporting needs for different stakeholders and audiences.
  • Validate operational data outputs (e.g., ensuring data volumes align with expectations).
  • Provide independent analytical support with minimal onboarding or supervision.

Qualifications:

  • 5 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or inpatient operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (non-negotiable)-must be able to develop complex queries independently.
  • Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization for different user groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly, with a clear understanding of legal sensitivities.
  • Familiarity with inpatient care workflows and healthcare operations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present technical and functional findings to diverse audiences.
  • Highly independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates will be required to complete a SQL GliderAI assessment as part of the selection process.
  • This is a highly technical role-functional skills are essential, but technical depth in SQL and Tableau is the primary requirement.
