Title: Sr. Content Developer

Location: FBI Headquarters, Washington DC (Hybrid/Remote potential with onsite requirements)

Position Summary: A senior-level content developer who will create compelling visual and multimedia content for the FBI's Infrastructure Branch training and communications initiatives. This position requires an exceptional visual storyteller who can transform complex technical information into engaging, accessible content using advanced design tools and methodologies.

Core Responsibilities:

Create professional-quality visual and multimedia content for training materials and communications

Design and develop graphics, animations, and interactive elements for learning products

Transform complex technical information into visually engaging and accessible formats

Maintain consistent brand and design standards across all content

Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders

Create content for various delivery platforms (web, mobile, print, LMS)

Apply principles of information design to improve comprehension and retention

Develop and maintain a library of reusable design assets

Support enterprise communications and marketing for InfB services and systems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or related field

7+ years experience in graphic design and content development

Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Acrobat)

Experience creating learning materials and technical documentation

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual communication and information design skills

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in multiple Adobe products

Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning development certification

Certified Professional in Learning Experience Design

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

Experience with video production and editing

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive content

Experience with UX/UI design principles

Prior experience in federal government or law enforcement environments

Ideal Experience:

Previous work designing content for FBI, particularly in national security or law enforcement

Experience creating visual content for classified or sensitive environments

Background in designing information graphics for complex technical systems

Experience developing branded content for enterprise communications

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical SMEs

Portfolio showing transformation of complex technical information into accessible visual formats

Experience with data visualization and information design

Background in designing content for both training and marketing/communications purposes
