Job Details
Position: Test Automation Engineer
Contract: W2 only
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of experience with Automation testing, reviewing test cases, and coordinating testing across teams.
- Hands-on experience with Automation on a Windows environment for a desktop-based application.
- Excellent Communication and strong team management skills.
- Responsible for leading a team in planning, estimating, testing, and certifying.
- Identify, record, and track the progress of issues and enhancements.
- Experience in developing automation framework for POS/Retail applications from scratch.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of test automation issues/failures.
- Experience preparing test automation status for different stakeholders.
- Bachelor s degree or commensurate experience.
- 7-8 years of experience in automated testing.
- Highly developed competency with Selenium HQ.
- Experience with Java.
- Is equally comfortable working within a team or independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience in an Agile development environment (Plus).
- ISTQB certified tester (plus).
