Genesis10 is seeking a Junior-Mid level IT Operations Coordinator for a 5-month contract with a Global P&C/Reinsurance agency in Warren, NJ. This hybrid position requires being onsite 3 days a week.
Summary:
This position will be to ensure IT production release changes are compliant with SOX change management controls and perform IT problem management coordination. The IT Operations Coordinator will need to use analytical and IT coordination skills to drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.

Summary:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist/ guide teams to complete and submit compliance checklists and required artifacts on-time for their IT production releases.
- Responsible to review IT production release change request for completeness.
- Ensure that applicable production readiness requirements have been reviewed and approved prior to the change request by Production Operation teams.
- Problem management coordination supporting assessment, root cause analysis and resolution of production problems associated to incidents.
- Support request from internal/external audit and technical risk officers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- IT compliance/risk a plus.
- Previous IT application project coordination and SDLC experience.
- Insurance / Financial Services IT.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Excel and Presentation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
- Service-now, Jira & Confluence experience.
- Ability to multitask and comfortable with ambiguity.
