Job description:
  • Seeking an experienced Project Manager who specializes in implementing financial initiatives, with proven success in delivering system implementations.
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder partnerships while meeting budget and timeline goals.
  • Combines strong financial expertise with excellent communication skills to drive operational excellence and achieve measurable results
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex financial projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Manage Project RAID, Identify Risks and build mitigation plans
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Oversee the implementation of financial systems and processes
  • Manage project portfolios and resource allocation
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Budget management and cost management
  • Team leadership and collaboration
  • Adaptability and change management
Qualification:
  • Experience in managing projects in finance or related areas
  • Strong understanding of systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • PMP Certification
  • Expert in preparing Leadership and stakeholder updates using MS PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to Expert experience in using JIRA, Confluence and project management and other document management tools
