Our client is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer that will join an experienced software engineering team utilizing React, NodeJS and PostgreSQL and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing scalable, high-quality web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React, and design and implement server-side logic using NodeJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Work with the architects and an Agile team to influence the overall system architecture and performance goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects while promoting and maintaining high quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in React, TypeScript, NodeJS and PostgreSQL.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development and UI/UX principles.
  • The ability to build clean, well encapsulated packages to a high standard.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with modern development tools and processes (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Git).
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with MapBox is a plus.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($60-65/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
