THE WORK:
    • You'll serve as the primary liaison and airport/owner representative, directing and managing the project.
    • You'll develop, manage, and maintain project scope to meet established goals and objectives.
    • You'll create RFPs and oversee procurement of designers and contractors.
    • You'll ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget in alignment with contractual requirements.
    • You'll establish program goals, methods, and strategies while understanding owner objectives and airport policies.
    • You'll lead and control all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
    • You'll collaborate with teams and airport management to develop project budgets, schedules, and plans.
    • You'll analyze complex design, operational, and constructability issues; conduct field surveys to inform strategic decisions.
    • You'll maintain comprehensive project documentation, including agreements, reports, drawings, and coordinated CAD representations.
    • You'll coordinate closely with the Design Manager on design oversight, technical issue resolution, submittals, RFIs, testing, commissioning, and punch list activities.
    • You'll manage design reviews, permitting processes, and ensure compliance with LAWA DCH, plans, specifications, and approved changes.
    • You'll support construction planning, prepare progress reports, review change proposals, evaluate pay applications, and ensure proper administration of Task Orders and Change Orders.
    • You'll collaborate with stakeholders and Asset Renewal teams to address risks, cost impacts, delays, and project modifications while participating in coordination meetings.
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. May be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
    • 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
    • Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
    • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
    • Master's degree preferred
    • Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.
    • Ability to work in CAD or REVIT a plus

$204,501 - $224,952 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
