Randstad Federal is seeking a z/OS System Administrator in support of a program supporting the Intelligence Community.
location: Fort George G Meade, Maryland

salary: $80 - 90 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
Required skills:
The successful candidate shall have 8+ years of z/OS Systems Administration.
Other requirements for the position include:
- Experienced in z/OS systems administration support and maintenance
- Experienced z/OS and z/OS Product installation
- Experienced Troubleshooting (IPCS)
- Experienced Storage management (DFSMS) and virtual tape
- Experienced Parallel Sysplex
- Experienced in VTAM/TCPIP
- SMP/E knowledge and experience
- TSO/ISPF, SDSF, HOD, JCL knowledge
- RACF System Administration
- JES System Administration
- Programming skills to include Assembler
- United States - Top Secret/SCI w/ FSP
Nice to have skills:
5+ experience with z/VM Installation and support
5+ years experience with high-performance computers
5+ years experience with performance analysis
3+ years experience with TWS, TSM
Storage, Networking experience a plus
2+ years experience with high-performance networks
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
