We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow Developers to join the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) and Department of Technology Services (DTS) teams. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements
Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and Incident Management
Develop and maintain custom applications and automation within the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments
Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance within the ServiceNow environment

4 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and UI Actions/Policies
Experience with REST/SOAP web services, API integrations, and data import/export
Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience working in state or federal government environments
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
