Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, and others.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, architecture, and test plans.
- Implement ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Maintain system stability, performance tuning, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Should have good hands on Scala
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and platform releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development sprints.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform customization, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and administration.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow Update Sets, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions.
- Understanding of Agile software development and DevOps practices.
