Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Capability Manager SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Practice to lead our SAP OTC initiatives in the U.S. The role requires deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, strong business acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive business transformation projects in SAP S/4HANA. The Capability Leader will be responsible for managing and growing the SAP OTC practice, ensuring successful project implementations, and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership & Strategy:
Define and execute the SAP OTC strategy to drive business transformation initiatives in SAP S/4HANA.
Develop best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for SAP OTC implementations, with a focus on S/4HANA migration and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align SAP OTC solutions accordingly.
Act as a thought leader, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation opportunities in SAP.
Project & Solution Delivery:
Lead end-to-end business transformation projects in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes.
Oversee solution architecture, process design, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, SD, and CRM) to optimize end-to-end business workflows.
Ensure seamless execution of order-to-cash cycles, including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and revenue recognition.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to project teams for issue resolution and process improvements, leveraging SAP S/4HANA innovations.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-added SAP OTC solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations for OTC process optimization and digital transformation.
Drive customer satisfaction through continuous engagement, feedback, and enhancements.
Team Development & Capability Building:
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of SAP OTC consultants.
Conduct training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and capability-building programs focused on SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Business Development & Growth:
Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, and proposal development.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth of the SAP OTC practice.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the visibility of SAP OTC and SAP S/4HANA transformation offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
15+ years of experience in SAP OTC processes, including implementation, support, and optimization.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC transformations, including migration strategies and best practices.
Experience in integrating OTC with SAP MM, FI, and third-party applications.
Proven leadership experience in managing SAP OTC teams and delivering large-scale business transformation projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in the U.S. and travel as required.
SAP S/4HANA certification in OTC or Sales is a plus.
