Do you have a passion for creating engaging customer experiences? One of the Customers demand a fast, easy, intuitive, and smooth experience or they are likely to abandon your site and go to a competitor.

We are looking for a rockstar Product Manager to lead the Omnichannel customer experience strategy initiative.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the Omnichannel customer experience strategy initiative. You will have overall responsibility for the external and internal customer experience (NPS) and supporting UPS revenue and growth objectives.

You will work closely with departments across UPS including Marketing, IT, Sales, and Customer Support. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product.

Objectives of the Role:

Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.

Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.

Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.

Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments.

Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in product design, technology, or related field

Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

Experience with web customer onboarding processes

Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting

Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams

Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels

Questions:

Have you previously been responsible for Agile deliverables, including vision statements and roadmaps?

Do you have experience as a SAFe Product Manager?

SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA)
